What Data We Collect via Facebook / Instagram

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Helveris, we store:

  • Facebook Page ID, Page name, and Page Access Token;
  • Instagram Account ID and username, if linked to the Page;
  • messages received through Messenger and Instagram Direct for AI assistant processing.

We do not store your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, or any other Facebook information beyond what is listed above.

Option 1 — Delete via Your Helveris Account

1. Sign in to Helveris

Go to app.helveris.com and log in.

2. Open the Integrations Page

Navigate to Integrations → Facebook / Instagram.

3. Disconnect the Page

Click Disconnect next to the connected Facebook Page.

This removes the Page Access Token and all associated Instagram data.

4. Delete Your Account (Optional)

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

All data is permanently erased immediately.

Option 2 — Submit a Deletion Request by Email

Send an email to privacy@helveris.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

We will delete all your data within 30 days and send a confirmation.

Important

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Backups are purged within 30 days.

What Happens After a Deletion Request

  • Remove all Facebook Page Access Tokens and Instagram account identifiers;
  • delete all conversation messages received through Messenger and Instagram Direct;
  • delete all leads and contact information captured via these channels;
  • permanently delete your Helveris account and all associated data, if requested.
